5W Public Relations, one of the 20 largest independently owned PR firms in the US, today announced that senior PR executive Don McIver has returned to the agency as Chief Operating Officer and will be overseeing all company operations.

McIver, who was with the firm until 2014, brings 20+ years of experience in public relations, operations and human resources to the 5W team. In his role as COO, he will benefit the agency in creating and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery to clients, improve operating efficiency and drive company growth.

Previously, McIver served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at MWW Group, one of the nation's top ten public relations firms and one of the largest in the world.
