
The Trade Desk, Inc., a provider of a global technology platform for buyers of advertising, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The Trade Desk intends to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “TTD.”
Citigroup, Jefferies and RBC will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company and Raymond James will act as co-managers.
