Through this initial investment, White Fox definitively begins its strategy to both restore and create n ew shareholder value. The Company believes this to be a prudent investment and portrays management's confidence and commitment in today's global market for gold and silver as viable investment options, while at the same time significantly reinforcing its underlying balance sheet.

Additionally, the Board has determined that its long-term business st rategy will focus on potential acquisitions as the main driver of shareholder value. At this time, the Company is evaluating several sectors from which to consider prospective acquisitions. The Company also plans to enlarge its revenue generating academy business in Asia as the foundation to fund both balance sheet investments as well as other potential acquisitions currently contemplated.
