Brooklyn Bridge Ventures has hit its $15.5 million target for a second fund, according to an SEC filing.

The filing says that Brooklyn Bridge Ventures Fund II raised the money from three LPs. The firm had raised $13.9 million of a then $15 million fund in June, according to a previous filing.
