The global law firm Jones Day today announced that Terri Chase, a partner in the New York Office, has been elected a Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Washington Partner Eric Dreiband was also elected to the College.

Election as a Fellow is the highest recognition by a labor and employment lawyer's colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication, and excellence. The College is a prestigious national organization whose membership is limited to attorneys who demonstrate the highest professional qualifications and ethical standards based on the College’s principles of civility and professionalism.

"We congratulate Terri on this richly deserved honor," said Michael Gray, co-chair of Jones Day's global Labor & Employment Practice. "Her sterling reputation among both clients and peers is indicative of the standards represented and encouraged by the College of Labor and Employment."

"With the addition of Terri, as well as Eric Dreiband, Jones Day will number 14 active Fellows in the practice group," noted Matthew Lampe, who also co-chairs the Jones Day practice. "We are grateful that the College has chosen to recognize their professionalism and accomplishments."

The College's installation of Fellows was held November 12, 2016, in Chicago, coincident with the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section's Continuing Legal Education Conference.
