Charles P. Anastasia, CPA is a Managing Director in True Partners Consulting’s New York City office. He brings over 20 years of financial services and real estate tax experience. He has worked with public and private corporations, opportunity funds, equity REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and U.S. real estate investment partnerships focusing on areas of taxation surrounding tax structuring, compliance, due diligence and other consulting matters.

Alexis Bergman, CPA is an International Tax Director in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office. She advises multinational corporations on their most complex business transactions, developing and implementing integrated business tax solutions to enhance operational and tax efficiencies, while complying with U.S. federal tax laws. Alexis has extensive experience analyzing and structuring international transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, principal and finance company arrangements, intellectual property realignment strategies, repatriation techniques, subpart F planning, foreign tax credit planning, foreign currency transactions, local country tax planning, transfer pricing, and the financial statement accounting for transactions under ASC 740.
