Tifphani has nearly 20 years of experience leading teams and providing expert tax and consulting services to international companies in the insurance industry, financial, private equity and investment funds, as well as media and technology. She has provided operational, strategic and marketplace direction for emerging and mid-market companies, including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, global structuring and transaction planning, and related services.

Prior to joining Mazars USA, Tifphani was a Principal at a Big 4 accounting firm, where she oversaw a multi-million dollar portfolio of clients and led teams on a broad range of inbound and outbound tax issues. She also led various recruiting, diversity and professional development initiatives.
