Leading Harlem-based brokerage hosts free open-to-the-public workshop at La Maison d’Art, 259 West 132nd Street, sixth in monthly real estate series,
Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the sixth of its monthly educational workshops on Wednesday June 28th, 7- to 8 p.m., at La Maison d’Art, 259 West 132nd Street. Entitled “Investing in Real Estate,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will feature guest expert Christopher Michelsen of UBS Financial Services, Inc. Moderating the conversation will be top performing sales agent at Bohemia Realty Group, Daoud Heidami.
“Understanding how to invest your money in real estate versus a fund and what happens to that money over time is a mystery for many people,” points out Beth Gittleman, Head of Sales and Development at the real estate brokerage. “Christopher will help our guests break down the math of investing money.”
Adds Mr. Heidami, “When we are working with investors, what separates the experienced from the inexperienced is both their knowledge of how their money will be put to work and their ability to choose the broker that can give them the strongest insights into market performance.”

The next free workshop in the series, "The Ins and Outs of Starting Your Own Business Uptown," is planned for Wednesday, July 26 and will also be held at private art gallery La Maison d’Art.
