CBRE’s James Ackerson, Sinclair Li, Craig Reicher and Mary Ann Tighe represented Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich in a 13,854-sq.-ft. renewal at 885 Third Avenue for the partial 32nd floor. The extension term is five years. Erik Harris and Scott Klau of NKF represented the owner.
CBRE’s Brian Dooley represented Young Women's Leadership Network in an 11,100-sq.-ft. expansion and renewal at 322 Eighth Avenue for the entire 4th floor in a move from the 14th floor. The term is ten years. NKF’s Matthew Colavita and Allen Gurevich represented the owner.
CBRE’s Michael Rizzo and Harly Stevens represented Beacon Platform, Inc. in a 7,620-sq.-ft. sub-sublet for the partial 20th floor at 5 Hanover Square. Marvin Rosenberg of Colliers International represented the sub-sublandlord.

The term is 10 years. The tenant is moving from 360 Madison Avenue (another Stawski Partners building) and was represented by John Mambrino and Nick Farmakis of Savills Studley.
CBRE’s James Einstein, Sinclair Li and Daniel Wilpon represented sublandlord 247 Laundry Service in an 11,000-sq.-ft. sublet at 40 West 25th Street with Healthline Media for the entire 5th floor. The tenant is moving from 91 Fifth Avenue and was represented by Daniel Posy and Jason Roberts of Savills Studley.
CBRE’s Jonathan Cope, Eric Deutsch, Jared Freede and Thomas Haughton represented sublandlord Validus Holdings in a 10,620-sq.-ft. sublet at 48 Wall Street with Pioneer Special Risk Services for the entire 17th floor.
