JLL Expands New Jersey Real Estate Brokerage Services

JLL has hired Timothy Greiner and Frank Recine as executive managing directors, Blake Goodman as executive vice president and Brendan McBride as senior vice president. The four real estate professionals join the firm’s Parsippany, N.J., office, and will work closely with Daniel Loughlin, international director and head of New Jersey office brokerage.

Greiner, 45, was also named as Agency Lead and will oversee all agency leasing efforts for the firm in New Jersey. Prior to joining JLL, he served as executive managing director with a major New Jersey real estate brokerage firm. Greiner negotiated more than 400 lease transactions totaling in excess of 8 million square feet. Earlier, he was vice president of leasing for the Gale Company, where he oversaw the leasing for a 3 million-square-foot owned and managed portfolio in New Jersey, New York and Michigan.

Greiner received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, with a minor in business administration, from Vanderbilt University and earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University. He is active with the United Way, where he chairs a real estate networking luncheon that has raised over $2.5 million for local New Jersey charities. He was alsonamed to the organization's board of trustees for Northern New Jersey.

Prior to joining JLL, Recine, 41, served with a major New Jersey real estate brokerage firm, where he became the youngest principal in the company. He was later promoted to executive managing director. Earlier, Recine was a senior associate at another major New Jersey real estate brokerage firm. Prior to his real estate career, he was a case manager with law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, managing a team of 10 paralegals in a two-year, multimillion-dollar arbitration.

Recine received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Penn State University and earned his Juris Doctor, with a focus in environmental laws and regulations, from Pace University Law School. He is an executive board member of the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of Spectrum for Living, ARC of Rockland andThe Onyx & Breezy Foundation.

Prior to joining JLL, Goodman, 35, served as senior managing director with a major New Jersey real estate brokerage firm.An experienced tenant representative, he worked with some of the most prominent corporations in the nation. Goodman also worked as account manager and global transaction manager for Albemarle Corp.'s global real estate portfolio.

Goodman received a bachelor’s degree from Boston University with a concentration in finance.Goodman serves as a board memberfor ARC, Association for CorporateGrowth. Additionally, he is co-chair of the United Way of Northern New Jersey’s Commercial Real Estate Steering Committee and actively involved with the New Jersey Technology Council and Newark Regional Business Partnership.,

Prior to joining JLL, McBride, 46, served as a director with a major New Jersey real estate brokerage firm. He provided tenant representation and agencyleasing services for corporate and institutional clients, with a focus on the acquisition and disposition of office properties. Earlier, he was an associate at another major New Jersey real estate brokerage firm.

McBride received a bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross.He serves on the board of Mary’s Gift Irish Language Foundation and is an active member of the New Jersey Business Assembly.
