Rosenberg& Estis, P.C. Names New Member, Elevates Three Attorneys To Of Counsel

The law firm of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. proudly announces the promotion of four attorneys. Arielle Frost will become a member of the firm, while Jeanine Floyd, Stefanie M. Graham and Devin P. Kosar will become of counsel.

Arielle Frost joined Rosenberg & Estis in June 2011 and became of counsel with the firm’s Transactional Department in June 2016. Frost’s practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on joint ventures and real estate development transactions. Frost is also highly experienced in retail and office leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity financings. Frost received her bachelor’s degree with great distinction from McGill University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.

Jeanine Floyd joined Rosenberg &Estis in 2007 as an associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.Floyd practices in the area of commercial and residential real estate litigation, mortgage foreclosure and landlord and tenant law. Floyd received her bachelor’s degree from Yale University and her J.D. from Fordham Law School where she served as a member of the Environmental Law Journal.

Stefanie M. Graham joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2013 as an associate with the firm’s Transactional Department. Graham’s practice involves all areas of commercial real estate. Graham’s experience includes representing owners, developers, managers, landlords and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing. Graham received her bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School.

Devin P. Kosar joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2008 as an associate with the firm’s Litigation Department. Kosar’s practice involves all areas of real estate litigation including complex commercial litigation, landlord/tenant law and construction law. Additionally, Kosar has extensive experience in all regulatory and administrative law matters before the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, such as the Environmental Control Board, Department of Consumer Affairs and Department of Health as well as the New York City Criminal Court. Kosar received his bachelor's degree from Boston University and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law. While at St. John's, Kosar was the External Competition Director for the Moot Court Honor Society and a Senior Staff Member of the St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary. Kosar's note "Payola – Can Pay-For-Play Be Practically Enforced?" was published in the Spring, 2008 Edition of the St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary.
