In his new role, Roane will drive the strategic direction and operational execution of Bayard's RPO business, building upon the strengths of Bayard's recruitment advertising expertise.
An accomplished strategist and industry veteran, Roane brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, including over a decade with both Yoh RPO and PeopleScout, where he led RPO engagements with Fortune 500 companies. He also served in sales leadership roles with both CareerBuilder and Monster.
