New Perimeter, DLA Piper's nonprofit affiliate that provides long-term pro bono legal assistance in under-served regions around the world, recently welcomed three new members to its Advisory Board.
The new members include Cindy Dyer, vice president of human rights at Vital Voices Global Partnership; Jon Hayes, a partner in DLA Piper’s London office and member of the firm’s International Board; and Maha Jweied, independent access to justice expertand former acting director of the US Department of Justice’s Office for Access to Justice.

Founded in 2005 as a result of DLA Piper’s commitment to support legal advancement worldwide, New Perimeter mobilizes global teams of DLA Piper lawyers to work on pro bono projects around the world focused on access to justice, social and economic development, sound legal institutions and women’s advancement. New Perimeter benefits from the guidance of its Advisory Board, comprised of thought leaders from the public and private sectors. The Board meets biannually in Washington, DC.
