DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Abigail Reardon, a partner in the firm’s New York office, has been appointed by the First Department of the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court to serve as a chair of the Attorney Grievance Committee for the First Department. Reardon will serve a three-year term beginning October 1. She previously served as vice-chair of the Committee.
Reardon is a New York litigator with more than three decades of experience in complex commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation and strategic counselling. She focuses on transaction structuring, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in the technology field as well as in the energy and financial services sectors.
She provides comprehensive contract strategy and administration advice for domestic and multinational technology, manufacturing and energy companies, for stand-alone agreements or agreements across business units and as part of transactions with licensing, supply or development issues or other related contract issues.
