Michael J. Romer, Founder and Managing Partner, has extensive experience in the areas of real estate and general business law, focusing on the purchase and sale of New York City commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing, real estate related financing matters, representation of cooperative and condominium boards, foreign investors, and small businesses.
Pierre E. Debbas, Founder and Managing Partner, represents a broad range of clients in the acquisition, sale, lease, development and/or financing of commercial land residential properties. In addition, he boasts a successful history of representing prominent financial institutions in commercial and residential lending transactions; and fulfilling the general counsel and litigation needs of numerous cooperative and condominium boards throughout New York City. Over the course of his career, Mr. Debbas has been instrumental in thousands of real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.
Christian Daglieri joined the firm as a partner in September 2017. Mr. Daglieri concentrates his practice on transactional real estate, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and development transactions. He has counseled commercial banks, private mortgage banking firms, institutional lenders originating loans for sale in the secondary market to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as multifamily, commercial and mixed-use borrowers on numerous real estate transactions.
Hugh P. Finnegan is a partner and co-manager of the firm’s commercial real estate department. Mr. Finnegan has more than 35 years of experience as a real estate attorney with particular expertise representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financings, loan restructurings and workouts, representing lenders and borrowers; sales and acquisitions of undeveloped and developed properties, including Green developments; representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions for offices, warehouses, shopping centers, restaurants and other retail uses; and construction matters.
Daniel Gershburg is a Partner of the firm. He has focused on representing both purchasers and sellers in New York real estate transactions and consumer bankruptcy with a diverse group of clients from first time home buyers to foreign entities and developers across the New York City area. Mr. Gershburg volunteers for the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers project, where he helps low income individuals gain debt relief.
Steven Kirkpatrick joined the firm as a partner in March 2019 and represents property owners, management companies, financial institutions, retailers, hotels and commercial office tenants in a wide variety of matters. Mr. Kirkpatrick has successfully represented and counseled clients in landlord-tenant disputes, administrative and regulatory agency matters, bankruptcy proceedings, ADA and human rights litigation, construction disputes, arbitrations and cases in state and federal courts.

Michael R. Feldman is a partner and co-manager in the firm’s residential real estate department. Mr. Feldman concentrates his practice on representing buyers, sellers and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions and is well versed in the areas of contract negotiation and due diligence. Upon graduation, initially, Mr. Feldman focused his practice on civil litigation and criminal defense and shifted to transactional real estate after moving to New York in 2010.
Scott Krinsky joined the firm as a real estate and banking associate in January 2016 and now manages the firm’s residential banking practice. Mr. Krinsky has extensive experience representing institutional lenders in connection with loans pertaining to the purchase and refinance of residential properties. In addition, he often represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of condominiums, coops and multi-family buildings throughout New York.
Alison L. Weisman is an associate in the firm’s commercial real estate department. Ms. Weisman concentrates her practice on representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and lenders in connection with various real estate and lending transactions. She is a trained mediator and has conducted mediations in New York City Civil Court.
