DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Victoria "Vicky" Lee, Silicon Valley-based global co-chair of the Technology sector, has been named by the Recorder an Innovator of the Year finalist as part of their California Leaders in Tech Law and Innovation Awards.

The Recorder editors described Lee as "one of the driving forces" in the development of DLA Piper's award winning website Accelerate which provides entrepreneurs with easy to read materials which clearly explains key legal and business issues that every founder of a company should know. The site was also recognized by the Financial Times in 2018 as one of the most innovative new tools in the marketplace.

Lee focuses her practice on the representation of emerging growth and public companies in complex technology and commercial transactions in the software and semiconductor industry, as well as a variety of other industry sectors.
