Chu represents law firms, lawyers, fiduciaries, financial services institutions and employers in litigation raising claims of legal malpractice, breach of commercial contract, securities fraud and employment discrimination.

Chu has vast experience in legal malpractice claims, having successfully tried and otherwise won cases through motions and appeals, and has represented attorneys in multiple jurisdictions and before regulatory bodies such as the SEC and FINRA. He also has significant experience representing financial services institutions and entrepreneurs in commercial litigation, securities fraud actions and business divorces.

As the Firm’s General Counsel, Chu will advise and represent the Firm concerning professional responsibility and ethics, maintain and help improve the Firm’s culture, and enforce its policies.
