DLA Piper is pleased to announce that the firm represented Sonnedix USA Limited, a global independent solar power producer, in a US$15 million non-recourse financing with City National Bank of two operating photovoltaic solar power generation facilities in Puerto Rico.

Sonnedix currently has two operating solar photovoltaic plants in Puerto Rico with a combined capacity of 73 megawatts.

The DLA Piper team representing Sonnedix included partners Vanessa Richelle Wilson (Washington, DC) and Michael Bedke (Miami), and associate Adriana Perez-Rentas (San Juan).
