Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, today announces the appointment of Inga Masjule as Chief Talent Officer of Dentons US. Masjule will join the Firm’s global talent leadership team, and her appointment into this role underscores the Firm’s core priority to invest in its people to continue building a positive culture grounded in integrity, trust and inclusion.
As Chief Talent Officer, Masjule will ensure Dentons in the US continues to deliver an innovative, impactful and leading people experience.

Masjule joins Dentons with more than twenty years of domestic and international experience developing and leading innovative people programs that support a strategic talent agenda in professional services firms. She led and guided a full-range of human resources, recruitment, professional development, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. In her most recent position she spearheaded key efforts around recruitment and talent acquisition, and implemented new policies that strengthened her prior firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Masjule enjoys a successful track record of driving change across a global law firm.
Masjule will be resident in the Firm’s New York office.
