Award-winning public relations and marketing agency Impact PR & Communications has promoted Kristin Delia to associate vice president. Delia, who was recently named a Forty Under 40 by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce (DCRCOC), previously served as an account manager. In her more than two years at Impact PR & Communications, she has successfully led campaigns for several of the firm’s largest and most prominent accounts, six of which were recognized as award-winning.

She has presented for DCRCOC’s Youth Leadership group, served on committees for The Arc of Dutchess and Hudson Valley Young Professionals. Delia graduated magna cum laude from Niagara University’s College of Hospitality & Tourism with a degree in tourism and a concentration in event management.
