DLA Piper represented Overhaul Group, a provider of real-time supply chain integrity technology solutions, in its recent US$17.5 million Series A financing. The investment was led by Edison Partners, with participation from Abbey International Finance Group.
Launched in 2016, Overhaul leverages visibility to detect and automatically correct noncompliance within supply chains and has grown to be a trusted provider of integrity solutions for pharmaceutical, high-tech and food industry Fortune 100s moving freight globally.
“We brought our extensive experience representing emerging growth tech companies to this transaction, which will allow Overhaul to achieve its growth goals in North America, Europe and other key global markets, while expanding its product offering to better meet the demands of logistics industry clients,” said Andrew Gilbert, a DLA Piper partner who led the firm’s deal team.
In addition to Gilbert (Short Hills), the DLA Piper team representing Overhaul included partners Scott Cowan (Short Hills) and William Bartow (Philadelphia) and associate Brian Tribuna (Short Hills).
