James Kelly, Ilya Bubel and Peter Alfano Join DLA Piper in New York

DLA Piper announced today that James Kelly, Ilya Bubel and Peter Alfano have joined the firm’s New York office. Kelly and Bubel join as partners in the Corporate practice, and Alfano joins as a partner in the Finance practice.

Kelly received his J.D from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Washington. Bubel received his J.D. from Fordham School of Law, his B.A. from Tufts University and his LL.M. from the University of Paris II: Pantheon-Assas. Alfano received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
