DLA Piper represented Cofense, a leading anti-phishing and cybersecurity company, in a recent investment from funds managed by BlackRock Private Equity Partners.
Cofense helps organizations stop phishing attacks by detecting, identifying and rapidly quarantining malicious emails that evade secure email gateways (SEGs). Cofense has nearly 2,000 enterprise clients in more than 150 countries, in sectors ranging from energy, finance and healthcare to manufacturing and high technology.
