Loeb & Loeb LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Nicole Fenton as a partner in the Real Estate Department in the firm’s New York office. Fenton’s practice focuses primarily on advising U.S. and international investors in connection with real estate investments nationwide.
Among Fenton’s clients are owners, developers, investors and lenders whom she counsels on acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction and mezzanine financing, joint ventures and preferred equity investments. She also advises developers, family offices, private equity funds and institutional investors through every stage of financing, from capital raise to development, leasing, marketing and disposition.

With experience handling transactions involving diverse properties, including multifamily and affordable housing, as well as mixed-use, retail, office and hospitality spaces, Fenton has built a diversified national practice.

Fenton joins Loeb & Loeb from Eversheds Sutherland, where she was a partner. Prior to that, she was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig for over a decade. Fenton received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Brandeis University.
