Mr. Dennis has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Before joining National Home Health, he was a senior operating executive at private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe. Previously, Mr. Dennis served as President and COO of naviHealth, where he built a leading national post-acute care business based on strong partnerships with both providers and health plans. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Vice President of Optum and CEO of Local Care Delivery, United Health Group's Physician Enterprise. His tenure includes C-suite roles at Texas Health Resources, Allina Health System, Phycor/NAMM and Anthem Health Plans. We also thank Steven for his many years spent building a best-in-class company, and we are pleased that he will continue as a valued advisor and director.”
Mr. Dennis added, “The home health care sector will play an increasingly important role as ACA and value based trends drive high quality care to lower cost settings.
