Vanessa D’Cunha, CPA has joined CapX Partners as the Director of Finance and Controller and is responsible for all financial reporting and compliance of the organization’s funds.

Prior to returning to CapX (part of the CapX team from 2005-2008), Vanessa was the Controller at Lantern Partners. She also served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Commerz Futures.

“Vanessa’s previous experience at CapX, combined with her background in reporting and compliance adds considerable value to our team,” said Barrett Carlson, Partner at CapX Partners. “We are thrilled to have her return.”

Vanessa has an extensive background in audit, having worked with the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Regulatory Audit/Compliance group at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Vanessa is a CPA and received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Accountancy from DePaul University.
