NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stonepeak Partners, which recently achieved a $7.2 billion final close of its third infrastructure fund, today announced the appointment of DJ Gribbin as a Senior Operating Partner. Mr. Gribbin was until recently the Special Assistant to the President for Infrastructure Policy. He will join a team of 11 highly-credentialed Operating Partners and Senior Advisors who support Stonepeak’s deal sourcing and asset management activity across the firm’s target sectors of transportation, communications, midstream energy, water and power, renewables and utilities.

Mr. Gribbin has an extensive and diverse background in the U.S. infrastructure sector. His experience includes serving in the White House as Special Assistant to the President for Infrastructure Policy, and earlier roles as Chief Counsel for the Federal Highway Administration and General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Transportation. Mr. Gribbin also served as Head of Government Advisory for Macquarie Capital.
