Absolute Logic, a firm providing technical support and technology consulting to Connecticut and New York businesses since 1991, today announced David Sutton of Danbury, Connecticut as a Service Delivery Manager/Tier 2 Engineer.

In this role, he is responsible for ensuring customer ticket resolution and satisfaction in a timely and professional manner, maintenance and update of internal documents regarding trouble shooting procedures, customer service metrics, project scheduling, daily meetings to address open isDavid Suttonsues with colleagues, among other duties.

Sutton brings more than 20 years of technical customer support experience to his post with Absolute Logic, most recently as a Level 2 Systems Engineer with BAE Applied Intelligence where he maintained over 250 Unix servers for various financial institutions.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Teftt Business School in White Plains, New York, Sutton holds an Associates Degree in Computer Science.

Sutton was born and raised in New Rochelle, New York and now makes his home in Danbury, Connecticut with his wife Martha and their two daughters. He is a member of the Brewster, New York Elks Lodge, a volunteer track coach at his daughters’ school and for the past eight years has coached the Danbury Youth Soccer League.

A self-described “big WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) fan,” Sutton is a bass player and enjoys time spent with family and friends “around a fire while watching movies on a big outdoor screen.”
