(NASDAQ: ESQ), the holding company for Esquire Bank, National Association ("Esquire Bank"), announced today that Jack Thompson resigned as a member of its Board of Directors for personal and business reasons effective July 25, 2019. Mr. Thompson has been a director of both the Company and Esquire Bank since 2016, and during his tenure, he also served as a member of the Strategic Oversight Committee.
