Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services, announced today the pricing of a public offering of $800 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.950% senior notes due 2030 under the Quest Diagnostics' shelf registration statement.

Quest Diagnostics expects to receive the net offering proceeds upon closing on December 16, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay at maturity or redeem its 4.750% senior notes due 2020 and 2.500% senior notes due 2020 and for general corporate purposes.
