Latham Pool Products Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of inground residential swimming pools and accessories, announced today that it has appointed Mark Borseth as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A seasoned executive, Mark brings extensive experience to the organization and will lead Latham's global financial operations, regional finance organizations and investor relations. Mark will serve as a key member of the Latham senior leadership team, reporting directly to Latham president and CEO Scott Rajeski.

Prior to joining Latham, Mark most recently served as CEO of Ranpak, a national protective packaging solutions business, under the Rhône Group, after previously serving as the company's CFO. He started his career in sales and warehouse management at Condux International and also served as Operating Partner at Turnspire Capital Partners. He was CFO at Constar and Eclipse Aviation, in addition to holding various positions of increasing responsibility over the course more than 20 years at 3M. Mark's extensive finance experience across various industries and companies will provide valuable leadership to the Latham organization.
