NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vince Holding Corp. (NYSE: VNCE), a leading global contemporary group, today announced that Brendan Hoffman, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, notified the Board of his decision to resign from his positions, effective August 28, 2020, to become President and CEO successor of a multi-billion dollar branded footwear and apparel company. The Board has appointed David Stefko, as Interim Chief Executive Officer until a permanent replacement is appointed. The Board will work with an executive search firm to advise on potential CEO candidates.
Mr. Stefko served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company since September 2015, and will continue to do so during this time. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stefko served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Sun Capital since September 2011. Mr. Stefko has over 30 years of senior finance and executive management experience.
