NEW YORK, Nov. 19, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BeyondSpring Inc. (Nasdaq: BYSI), a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative cancer therapies, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 7,500,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $10.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the public offering are expected to be approximately $75.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase from the Company up to an additional 1,125,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to support the commercialization of plinabulin, continued clinical and pre-clinical development and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on November 23, 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

BofA Securities, Jefferies and Evercore ISI are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering and H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as co-manager for the offering.
