Brown as chief operating officer. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Casey will take a lead role managing internal operations, streamlining processes and improving efficiencies across departments and office locations. Key to her responsibilities will be staff education with the establishment of a leadership development program, an area in which she has long-standing training and expertise. Based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Marlton, Casey is charged with reconnecting the company’s 25 locations, which includes working hands-on at its multiple offices. She brings a broad perspective to the agency side of title insurance having worked as an underwriter, state agency manager and agency co-owner.

Prior to joining Surety Title Company, Casey was with First American Title Insurance Company holding positions as vice president, state agency manager for both New Jersey and Delaware, senior underwriter and director of education for the past five (5) years. During her tenure, she completed the First American Experienced Leader program offered in conjunction with the Harvard Business School and USC Marshall School of Business. In addition to winning the 2020 Program with her presentation to the Board of Directors and senior home office leadership, she was awarded program MVP for outstanding participation. Casey’s work history also includes positions with Stewart Title Company and Platinum Title Agency together with being co-owner of American General Title Agency, Inc., which provided the basis for building and strengthening teams, customer relationships and operational efficiencies. A former member of New Jersey Land Title Association and New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Title Agent Statistical Data Plan panel, Casey is well-versed in addressing complex problems related to the issuance of residential and commercial real estate title insurance commitments, policies and settlement matters.
