Although our core strategy remains the same, the new name and website better reflect the comprehensive range of capital solutions BCP has long provided to the private equity community and lower middle-market companies, including subordinated debt, unitranche loans, structured junior capital and minority equity to support buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, strategic acquisitions and growth capital.
