The Counselors of Real Estate to Announce The CRE 2016-17 Top Ten Issues Affecting Real Estate on June 8

James S. (Jim) Lee, CRE®, 2016 chair of The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) professional association, will announce the organization’s list of the 2016-17 Top Ten Issues Affecting Real Estate, during the opening address of the National Association of Real Estate Editors Conference June 8 in New Orleans.

The list highlights issues and trends that affect commercial and residential real estate. The Counselors organization takes a broad view of today’s complicated business issues, identifying and examining underlying conditions and multiple factors -- the insight provides information that real estate executives and consumers alike can utilize to help them make informed decisions concerning real property.

The much-anticipated Top Ten Issues Affecting Real Estate list is developed annually through The Counselors of Real Estate’s External Affairs initiative. The Counselors of Real Estate organization is objective and does not involve itself in advocacy of any kind. Members are experts in more than 50 real estate specialties.
