NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, property & casualty, retirement, and individual insurance and wealth management solutions, has acquired Benefits Solutions Plus Inc. (BSP). The transaction closed on March 1, 2016.

Based in Anoka, MN, BSP is a benefits brokerage that specializes in providing group health plans and ancillary products for small- to mid-size employers. BSP principal Allan Glad has three decades of insurance and benefits industry experience. He will assume the role of Senior Benefits Consultant at NFP, reporting to James Sarych, Director at NFP.
