HelmsleySpear, LLC, America’s oldest continuously operating real estate firm that was founded in 1866, is pleased to announce that Mark Neuman joined the firm as a Senior Vice President, announced by Kent M. Swig, President of HelmsleySpear.

In this capacity, Mr. Neuman will be focused on business development, property management, leasing, as well as new investment sales. In addition, he will actively be recruiting agents to join the firm. Finally, Mr. Neuman will we be working with Kent Swig on the acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties and projects throughout New York City. In this regard, HelmsleySpear has a set up a matching fund program to offer its agents the opportunity to co-invest in properties that the firm will purchase.

Previously to joining HelmsleySpear, Mark Neuman served as the Director of Acquisitions & Development for Glory Capital where he lead the company’s investment management, leasing and property management efforts.
