The Italian corporate and financial law firm Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners advised the international alternative investment management firm Investcorp on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Italian high-end elegant menswear manufacturer Corneliani S.p.A. by means of acquisition of an equity stake from the Corneliani family and underwriting of a capital increase.
