Broadridge Announces Closing of $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., June 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) today announced the closing of its offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.400% senior notes due 2026. As previously announced, Broadridge intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay the outstanding indebtedness under its senior credit facility, to finance acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, Wells Fargo Securities, BNP Paribas, TD Securities and US Bancorp acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
