Baker Tilly Capital, LLC served as the exclusive advisor to Nature Soy in connection with this transaction, developing and implementing the transaction process, culminating in the successful partnership with Keystone. The outcome of the transaction matched industry and financial buyers to the seller with a shared vision of continuing to accomplish the growth goals of the company.

With distribution networks in many large metropolitan areas, Nature Soy products have an established brand in the soy specialty food market.

As an integral part of the transaction, the co-owners of Nature Soy will continue in important roles in the day-to-day operations and management of the business.
