Eastern Consolidated Promotes Daniali, Gamer, Kavral, And Savvinidis In Investment Sales Division

Eastern Consolidated has promoted four Associate Directors to Director—Ramin Daniali, Ilya Gamer, Ron Kavral, and Chris Savvinidis.

Ramin Daniali. With a focus on the sale of all asset classes throughout New York City, Daniali recently sold a 51,000-square-foot multifamily property at 86-50 77thStreet in Woodhaven, Queens for close to $13 million, and a five-story multifamily building in Upper Manhattan for $14 million. Before joining Eastern Consolidated, he spent more than 14 years as a property manager, owner, broker, and investor in residential and commercial properties in Manhattan and the outer boroughs.

Ilya Gamer. A specialist in the sale of all commercial property types, Gamer recently sold a premier retail site leased by Apple Bank at 426 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, for over $7 million. He is currently on the team marketing two mixed-use multifamily properties at 3051 Brighton Third Street and 3066 Brighton Fourth Street in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, for $28 million. He previously worked at Crown Acquisitions where he was responsible for sourcing high street retail acquisition opportunities between $20 million and $60 million. Fluent in Russian, Gamer holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami School of Architecture, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Hunter College.

Ron Kavral. Kavral specializes in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties throughout New York City. He recently arranged the sale of 51 sponsor-held co-op units in a seven-story elevator building in North Riverdale, the Bronx, and five sponsor-held co-ops in a residential building in Jackson Heights, Queens. Currently, he is in contract to sell two Brooklyn properties--a four-story multifamily building in Flatbush, and a three-story, mixed-use property in Gravesend. He also is part of the team marketing two mixed-use multifamily properties at 3051 Brighton Third Street and 3066 Brighton Fourth Street in Brighton Beach, for $28 million. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Kavral was an Investment Sales Associate at a boutique real-estate firm, and a Private Banking and Investment Management Associate Analyst with a Bank of America Merrill Lynch PBIG group, which managed more than $2 billion in assets. He is a graduate of Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business with a BBA degree in Finance and Investments.

Chris Savvinidis. Savvinidis specializes in the sale and acquisition of ground up development sites in Queens. He recently arranged the sale of a development site in Astoria, and is currently marketing a number of development sites in Long Island City and Astoria. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, he served as Director of Investment Sales at Northeastern Group LTD. Mr. Savvinidis is fluent in Greek and has strong ties to the local Greek community, having represented some of the most prominent Greek real estate investors in the area. Mr. Savvinidis graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development & Urban Planning from the University of Arizona.
