NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on value investing and business improvement in the middle market, is pleased to announce that Ashley Johansen has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Fundraising. Ms. Johansen will help Monomoy develop a top-tier investor relations program designed to enhance and expand the firm’s partnership with investors.
Ms. Johansen has over 17 years of experience in marketing and communications in the financial services sector and seven years of experience raising capital for private equity. She spent 10 years of her career at Coller Capital, where she helped institutionalize the business, build out the firm’s global presence and raise Coller’s sixth and seventh funds. After a brief stint as a principal in investor relations for AlpInvest Partners, Ms. Johansen completed her work at Coller as a Partner and Head of Capital Raising with responsibility for all global fundraising initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Communications from the University of Kansas.
