The Riverside Company has bolstered its ProSites platform with the addition of Eirene, Inc. (dba PracticeMojo), a provider of a cloud-based SaaS software for dental practices.
ProSites offers custom website design, search engine marketing, social media management, and pay-per-click solutions to over 14,000 dental, medical and professional practices.
PracticeMojo’s software allows for two-way HIPAA compliant and secure patient communication. Its services include automated text and email appointment reminders and confirmations, online reputation management, and electronic/print marketing services.
“Dental practices highly value the types of services PracticeMojo offers,” said Riverside Managing Partner Loren Schlachet. “Adding patient recall services to complement ProSites’ existing website and online marketing offerings enables dental practices to use a single platform to manage all of their patient outreach efforts.”
PracticeMojo is quick and affordable to install and use, and integrates with most practice management software, making it a compelling choice.

Riverside continues to strengthen ProSites’ position in professional service software, and is actively seeking add-ons. Riverside has deep experience with software companies, having completed more than 80 deals in the space.
