GMF Capital LLC announced today that it has acquired a minority interest in East Lake Capital Management LLC, a Dallas, Texas-based investment management firm specializing in real estate and healthcare related investments. Prior to today's investment by GMF, East Lake was wholly owned by Andrew White, who founded the Company in 2015. GMF had previously partnered with East Lake in a series of healthcare investments.

GMF's investment in East Lake is consistent with its strategy of investing in and alongside unique and highly-specialized investment managers. GMF's investment was completed at a pre-money valuation of $95 million.
