SL Green Realty Corp (NYSE: SLG), New York City’s largest commercial landlord, today announced it has signed a 10-year, 20,132-square-foot lease covering the entire 7th and portion 6th floors at 10 East 53rd Street with Ermenegildo Zegna Corporation, a leading Italian designer of high-end men's clothing and accessories. Zegna will house its corporate office and showrooms at the building.

SL Green recently completed a comprehensive redevelopment of the building which includes a new and expanded lobby, redesigned façade, new windows, new plazas, new elevator cabs, public area art program and enhanced infrastructure.
The building’s prestigious tenant roster includes: Swarovski, Financial Services Volunteer Corps, Urban Compass, Bruderman Asset Management and Echo Street Capital Management.
