Over 400 prominent New York real estate professionals gathered on Thursday, May 4th at one of SoHo’s finest venues, SIXTY SoHo, to meet and discuss the state of the current market and how to work together on both current and future deals. This was the first gathering of REDinNYC (Real Estate Development in New York City), which brought together a multi-discipline cross section of New Yorkers in the real estate industry.
Prominent developers in attendance included Michael Stern of JDS, who is currently developing a luxury residential property at 111 West 57thStreet, Eli Chetrit of Chetrit Group, David Amirian of the Amirian Group, who is currently building a new development in the East Village designed by internationally renowned firm, Tabanlioglu Architectsand Michael Meyer of the FT Group developing Flushing Commons.
