Carmel, Milazzo & DiChiara LLP Relocate Law Offices to 55 West 39th Street
In a transaction arranged by Elliot Zelinger, Senior Managing Director of Savitt Partners, the law firm of Carmel, Milazzo & DiChiara LLP (CMD LLP) inked a 2,950-square-foot office lease at 55 West 39th Street. CMD will occupy the entire 18th floor of the boutique office property located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan’s Garment District. The asking rent at 55 West 39th Street is $49 per-square-foot.
“CMD has grown significantly over the past few years and required the benefits of a full floor private space,” noted Mr. Zelinger. “The firm will be relocating its operations from its current smaller space at 261 Madison Avenue. 55 West 39th Street provided CMD with a full floor identity – space rarely found in Midtown at just 2,950 square feet.”
