New York-based real estate investor and developer Soho Properties announces the commencement of sales for 45 Park Place, an exclusive collection of contemporary loft and tower residences in the New Downtown area of Tribeca designed by interior designer Piero Lissoni and architect Michel Abboud of SOMA. The collaboration at 45 Park Place has brought together some of the most celebrated talents in the design world for this innovative partnership, including Piero Lissoni for his first New York residential condominium development. Additional artists involved in the conception of this limited edition of unique residences include Michel Abboud of SOMA as the design architect and Ismael Leyva as the architect of record. The tower’s plaza, garden and neighboring proposed future museum will be designed by world renowned architect Jean Nouvel.
