Simone Development Companies announces the signing a new lease for MetroPCS, a leading national mobile telecom provider, at the Metro Center Atrium at 1776 Eastchester at their flagship Hutchinson Metro Center in the Bronx.
MetroPCS has signed a long-term lease for 877 square feet on the ground floor of the Atrium at 1776 Eastchester Road within the Hutch Metro Center. The retailer provides customers with the freedom and convenience of unlimited, no-annual-contract wireless services on a nationwide 4G LTE network for a flat rate.
MetroPCS joins other retail tenants such as LA Fitness, Applebee’s, Dunkin Donuts, GNC and Tatiana Day Spa at the 360,000-square-foot mixed-use building featuring three floors of Class A office and medical space. The complex is also home to the borough’s only nationally flagged hotel, the Marriott Residence Inn. The new lease brings to the retail space at the Metro Center Atrium to full occupancy.
